3.旅游投訴信英語作文

根據(jù)《旅游投訴暫行規(guī)定》規(guī)定了以下幾種時效：

一、投訴時效：向旅游投訴機關請求合法權益的投訴時效期間為60天，投訴時效從投訴者知道或應知道權利被侵害時算，有特殊情況的，旅游投訴管理機關可以延長投訴時效期間。

二、受理時效：投訴管理機關接到投訴狀或口頭投訴，經審查，符合受理條件的，應當及時調查處理；不符合受理條件的應在7日內通知投訴者不予受理，并說明理由。
