這些只是法律規(guī)定的未成年人擁有的最基本的權(quán)利，在我們國家的根本大法《憲法》中就有明確規(guī)定，此外還專門制定了《未成年人保護法》、《預(yù)防未成年人犯罪法》等專門法律，維護和保障未成年人的合法權(quán)益。

法律對于違法犯罪的未成年人規(guī)定了從輕減輕處罰的原則，但是并不等于違法犯罪就不受到追究，我們中學(xué)生更應(yīng)該遵紀守法，不以善小而不為，不以惡小而為之，學(xué)好用好身邊的法律武器，防范侵害，保護自己，潔身自好，造福社會。
