從08年北京奧運會我就記住了這個吊環(huán)王，很有點個性的小伙子。在今年的倫敦奧運會上，我一直關(guān)注體操的比賽，因為比賽和研修沖突，沒有時間看電視，就利用研修的邊隙，看看網(wǎng)上的新聞評論。
在預(yù)賽中因為郭偉陽臨時上場，導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)了很多重大失誤，排名跌到有史以來最差，也讓大家對他們的決賽不抱希望。 但是大逆轉(zhuǎn)就是這樣不可思議的發(fā)生，當我在網(wǎng)上看到中國男團最終以零失誤成功衛(wèi)冕的標題，真是非常激動。
這次通過開學(xué)第一課我知道他們成功的原因，因為陳一冰在給同學(xué)們上課的時候說，預(yù)賽失誤后，團隊成員在一起總結(jié)原因，互相鼓勵，沒有一個人埋怨，隊員之間傳遞的是一種正能量，而別的國家在失敗后，隊員之間卻互相埋怨，傳遞的是負能量，一正一負，產(chǎn)生的效果可想而知。 傳遞正能量。
陳一冰說的多好??！現(xiàn)在我們所提倡的鼓勵，是人都愛聽好話，聽了好話之后干勁更足，誰愿意聽批評啊！即使錯了，也有原因，也希望得到理解，而不是諷刺、挖苦、抱怨，負面的批評有的能產(chǎn)生激勵作用，但大多只能讓人越聽越喪氣，逆境出人才，但順境更易出人才！ 我們要點燃夢想傳，傳遞正能量。
