1.寫信人地址寫在右上方（目前許多公司已經(jīng)印好了自己帶信頭的信紙，這樣就可以不用寫這些內(nèi)容，不過還是要在印好的'信頭下面加上發(fā)信日期。）
2.收信人略低于寄信人地址，左下方
3.地址與中國(guó)相反，由小至大，即： 人名--公司的具體地址--城市名+ 郵政編碼--國(guó)家。
4.日期（美式的寫法是按照的月-日-年的順序，比如：2003年5月9日：May 9, 2003，May 9th, 2003, 或者5/9/2003。
5.正文開頭，收信人稱呼一定要加 Dear
7.落款 yours (注意，此處為yours，不是you)
8.段落前不加空格
