畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心的就業(yè)調(diào)查報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)顯示，九成畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入非公企業(yè)機(jī)械類電子類專業(yè)“吃香”初始月薪1500-2000元，去年我市共接收各類畢業(yè)生37486人，繼續(xù)保持良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。特別是學(xué)歷層次大幅提高。去年我市共接收博士生58人，碩士生1201人，本科生20563人。接收本科以上學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生共21822人，占全市接收總量的58.2%;接收研究生數(shù)量達(dá)到1259人，增幅達(dá)52.1%。無論是接收總量和接收質(zhì)量，都名列全省前茅。然而不能回避的一個(gè)事實(shí)是，在2008年我市接收畢業(yè)生總量同比增長33.5%一舉突破3.7萬人后，2009年接收畢業(yè)生總量仍在3.7萬人左右徘徊。與此同時(shí)，湘潭籍畢業(yè)生卻在突增，供需結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾依然突出。

為了更好地了解和掌握我院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)后對(duì)社會(huì)及用人單位的適應(yīng)程度、深入了解用人單位對(duì)人才的需求狀況,進(jìn)一步探索就業(yè)工作和人才培養(yǎng)的新模式、新途徑,為我院的教學(xué)改革提供更準(zhǔn)實(shí)可靠的依據(jù),我院于2010年7月對(duì)近三年的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行了跟蹤調(diào)查,進(jìn)行了一系列數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

到2010年8月底,共回收08一10屆畢業(yè)生跟蹤調(diào)查問卷172份,其中有效問卷143份,走訪和電話拜訪企業(yè)12家,調(diào)查具有足夠的代表性和統(tǒng)計(jì)意義。

統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,08一10屆143名調(diào)查對(duì)象,用人單位對(duì)其工作情況評(píng)價(jià)認(rèn)為滿意的(不包括基本滿意)有132名,占93%,08-10屆的滿意率分別為90.6%,92.9%、96.6%;對(duì)職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)的評(píng)價(jià)表示滿意的有138名,占97%。工作情況滿意度和綜合素質(zhì)滿意率始終處于一個(gè)較高水平且每年均有小幅度提升。我們?cè)谡{(diào)查走訪天地華宇集團(tuán)、阿里巴巴集團(tuán)等企業(yè)過程中,用人單位普遍反映,高職畢業(yè)生的態(tài)度較為本科生更好,更愿意積極主動(dòng)的去學(xué),動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng),適應(yīng)性方面要比本科畢業(yè)生更強(qiáng),所以企業(yè)更樂意接受。這一統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),與學(xué)校近幾年畢業(yè)生供不應(yīng)求、用人單位紛至沓來的狀況是相呼應(yīng)的。在滿意率的分項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)中,三屆畢業(yè)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)的滿意率分別為:95.4%、96.5%、98.1%,工作能力與水平的滿意率分別為:95.7%、94.2%和96.7%。

我院畢業(yè)生對(duì)我院的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作和學(xué)生管理工作均有較好的評(píng)價(jià)。80%的畢業(yè)生對(duì)我院的就業(yè)服務(wù)工作特別是來校招聘單位的數(shù)量和提供的工作崗位最為滿意,而對(duì)師資水平評(píng)價(jià)不高,特別是對(duì)教師技能水平和實(shí)踐能力這一塊有更高的要求,很多畢業(yè)生在對(duì)學(xué)校所提的意見和建議中,將加強(qiáng)在校學(xué)生的實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力,特別是實(shí)踐教學(xué)的要求放在首位(其中會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)和工管專業(yè)的同學(xué)將此項(xiàng)放在首位的比例占到80%),認(rèn)為提高在校時(shí)的動(dòng)手能力和實(shí)踐能力對(duì)以后找工作最有幫助。

從以上結(jié)果可以看出,80%以上的畢業(yè)生對(duì)學(xué)校教學(xué)安排、上課教師、輔導(dǎo)員的工作是滿意的。但我們應(yīng)該看到,還有少數(shù)畢業(yè)生覺得不滿意,占的比例雖然小,也得引起我們高度重視。
